Location

Description

One of the best ways to prep for your move to campus and the transition ahead is for you and your family to join us at one of the COLUMBIA 101 sessions, our summer advising and information programs that take place in June and July in a number of major cities. Brought to you by the Center for Student Advising and Parent and Family Programs, these sessions are a great opportunity to meet other Columbia students and families, get information, and learn what it’s really like to be a student at Columbia.

We’ll have the right people -- including current students, advising deans from the Center for Student Advising, and alumni -- on hand to answer your questions about what to expect during the first weeks at Columbia. You will learn about campus life, academic advising, and the many support services available for students.

Alumni Engagement Information Session

In addition to meeting members of the Class of 2018, alumni will have the opportunity to attend an Alumni Engagement Information Session to hear from fellow alumni, the Columbia College Alumni Association (CCAA), the Columbia Engineering Alumni Association (CEAA), the Columbia Alumni Association (CAA), and the Alumni Representative Committee (ARC) about how to further get involved and experience the full value of their connection to Columbia.
